Sumrall High announced Thursday afternoon that Friday’s scheduled game against Sacred Heart has been moved to Hattiesburg and will be played at Sacred Heart’s year-old stadium.
Reports say Lions Club Field at Sumrall has taken on four inches of rain in the past two days and is not expected to dry in time to provide a safe surface for Friday’s game. Sacred Heart has a turf field.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
